My stay at the hotel was a great experience. The rooms were a good size and well-kept, overlooking the kids' pool and the busy road. The staff put in a lot of effort to ensure cleanliness and quality service. The only downside was that it could get uncomfortably hot at times due to the sun. Overall, the showers were lovely, and all the staff were happy and helpful.

The rooms were a good size and the staff worked hard to keep them clean and ready for the next guest. The drinks were of good quality, and the service was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds were available as I missed the peak season, but it might be tough to secure one when the hotel is full. The hot weather could be a bit uncomfortable, but the showers were fantastic, and all the staff were very cheerful and helpful.

The service at the hotel was amazing. Special thanks to the restaurant chef for being very helpful with gluten-free meals. The staff, including the animation team, were all very friendly and welcoming.

The food options were great, and I particularly loved the cocktails at the pool bar in the evenings. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and highly recommended. The hotel is a short walk or a 4 euros taxi ride to the beach, which is ideal for exploring the lively area.

The service is exceptional with hardworking and polite staff offering various amenities. The location is convenient but a bit distant from Maspalomas center. The dining experience provides a variety of food but could use improvement in some areas.
